The pressure pushing the strings of the violin creating soothing harmonies, the glide of the pen on the paper letting out creative brilliance, the carefully articulated words debating her opponents to the ground, Vedavathy Venu Thonnakkal does it better than anyone else. The intimidator, standing her ground, making sure messages get through to everyone with confidence. Past experiences of failing to conquer perfection only made her stronger, only made her want it more to perfect every aspect of her work. Valuing communication with people and understanding the necessity to listen and generating a workspace where people can be comfortable and are respectful, having a mutual understanding. Under pressure, she keeps a cool mind and builds an understanding, adapting and finding a balance before making decisions. She understands being a human, why and how we are what we are. Valuing independence and being in solitude to understand herself before assessing the world and its twists and turns. All this boils down to a perfect mentor and trainer.
